Where It Began
Born From Service Driven By Purpose.
After more than 26 years of active service in the Indian Air Force as a helicopter pilot, Wg Cdr Bhupinder S. Nijjar (Retd.) began looking for a second career that could bring together his experience in aerospace, research and air defence - fulfilling a lifelong entrepreneurial dream inspired by his family legacy.
The inspiration came from his grandmother, lovingly known as "Biji." Her resilience in leaving everything behind during Partition and rebuilding her family's life became a lasting influence. Biji Pathfinders was created to carry forward that spirit of resilience, learning and entrepreneurship.

Biji × 8OL Robotics
The Technology Partnership.
Biji Pathfinders works with 8OL Robotics to bring drone technology from concept to market. The partnership combines Biji's aerospace expertise, domain knowledge and go-to-market capabilities with 8OL Robotics' work in robotics, unmanned systems and embedded electronics.
Together, the two organisations developed BeeZeta1, with 8OL Robotics serving as the OEM and manufacturing partner. The partnership enables Biji to focus on building the Drone Soccer ecosystem while leveraging dedicated deep-tech engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
