Welcome to Biji Pathfinders Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern purchases through www.bijipathfinders.com (“Website”) and the related supply of our products.

Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy before placing an order. Product-specific terms disclosed before purchase form part of your order.

2. Eligibility and Orders

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract to place an order. Purchases for minors must be made by a parent, legal guardian or authorised institution.

When ordering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we issue an express order acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

If an item is unavailable, an order contains a material pricing error, or we cannot lawfully fulfil it, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your consent. Payments for orders we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are stated in Indian Rupees unless expressly indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other compulsory charges will be disclosed before you confirm payment.

Payments must be made through the methods offered at checkout. Please retain your invoice and order confirmation for support and warranty claims.

Price changes after an order is accepted will not affect that order.

4. Product Use and Safety

Drone soccer is a high-impact contact sport. Equipment requires appropriate handling, maintenance and supervision. Other Electronic Component and Products also require appropriate handling. These precautions would be mentioned on the documentation supplied.

The Beezeta 1 Nano Soccer Drone is intended strictly for indoor operation within a designated netted space. Users must:

• Follow the product manual, charging instructions and safety warnings.
• Inspect the drone, cage, propellers and battery before operation.
• Keep spectators and unprotected persons outside the operating enclosure.
• Ensure minors operate equipment only under appropriate adult supervision.
• Stop using equipment that appears damaged, unsafe or abnormal.
• Follow applicable laws and relevant directions issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation and other competent authorities.

Purchase of a product does not itself constitute permission to operate it in any particular location or manner.

5. Limited and Conditional Warranty

Our contractual warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It supplements, and does not replace, rights available under applicable law.

Service warranty

During the 12-month warranty period, technical diagnostics and repair labour for covered faults are provided without charge.

Unless covered by the cage protection provision, another express product warranty or applicable law, replacement components—including motors, flight controllers and batteries—are chargeable. We will provide an estimate and obtain your approval before undertaking chargeable work.

Warranty exclusions

The contractual warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:

• Pilot error, misuse or impacts outside the intended drone-soccer operating environment.
• Outdoor operation, rain, moisture or other unsuitable environmental conditions.
• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts, including motors, propellers and straps.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications that cause or contribute to the claimed fault.
• Improper charging, incompatible power supplies, electrical surges or incorrect battery handling.
• Failure to follow reasonable product instructions or maintenance requirements.

Normal contact during intended drone-soccer play will not, by itself, invalidate the cage protection described above. Exclusions do not remove remedies for an underlying manufacturing defect or other liability imposed by law.

Warranty claims

Contact customer support with:

• Your invoice, order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.
• A description of the fault and when it occurred.
• The product serial number, where applicable.
• Photographs or video, where reasonably available and safe to obtain.

We may request an inspection before confirming coverage. An unboxing video is helpful but is not the sole acceptable evidence of a claim.

Warranty service is provided on a walk-in or send-in basis. Shipping arrangements are explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

6. Responsibility and Liability

You are responsible for operating the product safely and lawfully. You acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with drone-soccer activities, including contact-related equipment damage.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unlawful operation or failure to follow safety instructions. We do not exclude responsibility for our own conduct where the law makes us liable.

For claims solely under our voluntary contractual warranty, the remedy is the covered service or component replacement described above. This does not restrict any entitlement to a refund, compensation or another remedy under applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential business losses, including lost profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence causing death or personal injury, statutory product liability or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate the Company for reasonable, proven losses arising from third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful use, negligent misuse or material breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from a product defect, our negligence, our breach of contract or our unlawful conduct. We will notify you of any relevant claim and allow a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence.

8. Intellectual Property and Website Use

Website content, branding, product photographs and materials belong to the Company or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or submit fraudulent orders.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory law and the jurisdiction of consumer commissions and other competent statutory authorities, courts of competent jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over contractual disputes.

Nothing in these Terms prevents an eligible consumer from approaching a forum available under applicable consumer-protection law.

We will acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and redress them within one month of receipt.

11. Changes to These Terms

Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing purchase unless required by law.
